What is Meals-On-Wheels?

Meals on Wheels, is a non-profit organization that provides home-delivered nutritious low-cost meals to seniors (60+) and those convalescing or with mental and physical disabilities.

For a cost of $6.00 per day you get the following:

Box of Cereal
Carton of Milk
Juice
Hot Meal [Meat and 2x Vegetables]
Piece of Bread
Sandwich
Fruit Cup or Jello
Cookie

Why Meals-On-Wheels?

All this and it is delivered to your door for $6.00 per day. Where else can you get breakfast, lunch, a lite supper and a snack for $6.00 a day?

Five days a weeks for a total of $30.00 per week.

Who is this service for?

If your parents can no longer cook
If you are just getting out of the hospital and need someone to fix your meals till you get on your feet
If you are living alone now and cannot cook
